Atalian Global Services Cambodia are looking for Collection Officer that will be located at Manila – Philippines. We are leading multi-services business are experiencing rapid growth in Asia. We invite young, energetic, smart and competent applicants to join our team here in Philippines.

Job Description

- Monitors account receivables in coordination with the AR Team Leader/Finance Manager
- Coordinates with client finance and operation department related to the unpaid invoices
- Following up for the unpaid invoice and always get AR Manager informed for action needed on those long overdue customer
- Works on the documentary requirements needed to push collection, especially those of old accounts.
- Prepares a statement of account.
- Recording the daily manual check received by messenger and ensure the checks get a deposit into the bank on a daily basis.
- Assist AR Team Leader in current account collection and assist in checking of billings if needed.
- Meet collection KPI target
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
