DIOMEDES CENIZA – ROVING SUPERVISOR (CEBU)
WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE YOU JOINED US?
Year 1994 when I started to join the company. I was assigned in Ayala Centre project as one of the company’s professional cleaner. After my probation, I was appointed as Assistant Leader. And a year after. I became the Team Leader of the same project. The company offered me the position of Supervisor for several times (6 times) but due to lack of confidence, I kept on declining it.
Until year 2008 which I accepted the offer and proved to myself that I can really do well that boosts my confidence and after a while received a promotion as Roving Supervisor for Chooks To Go in the whole Cebu City. I also became a Station Supervisor of Teradyne Philippines and was transferred to City Sports Club and manage to handle technical training for CPs. I am still reporting in the main office as a Roving Supervisor of the company.
WHAT OPPORTUNITIES HAS WORKING AT ATALIAN GIVEN YOU?
Thanks to ATALIAN, I was able to buy a house, feed my family well and successfully let my children finish their education and of course I achieved a tenure.
In my years of service, I was given a chance to see the better version of myself, promoted from being a cleaner to Roving Supervisor and get trusted to handle a team. All of these opportunities helped me grow as a person and become who I am today.

Be grateful for the chances and opportunities given to us and we should be taking care of it. As it will lead us to our dreams and aspirations in life.
