JOCELYN BARING – COMPANY TRAINER
WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE YOU JOINED US?
It was year 1989 when I started in CBM (now ATALIAN) as a Housekeeping Staff in various projects. The role lasted until year 2008. And as I finished my management course the same year (2008), I then decided to apply and hired as a Training Assistant under Training Department based in the Main Office and officially became the Company Trainer after 7 years (year 2015) as of today.
WHAT OPPORTUNITIES HAS WORKING AT ATALIAN GIVEN YOU?
ATALIAN has given me opportunities to participate in several development and enhancement trainings which upgrades my capabilities as a Company Trainer. These trainings are Housekeeping NCII and NCIII, Trainer Methodology-Level 1, OSH, and BOSH Training.
Being given these training experiences, these enables me to perform and conduct quality trainings (orientation/ demonstration/ refresher course) for the housekeepers/ cleaners and able to impart the knowledge and learnings during the process to develop their full potential as a professional cleaners. The trainings I have attended allows me to support and be part of the strategic goals of our company. Atalian is an excellent company that has an engagement to its employees, offers quality standard services with integrity in dealing with various clients.
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO ENCOURAGE & MOTIVATE YOU FELLOW COLLEAGUES?
First and foremost, I would like to thank the Lord, our God for all the blessings He had given me. I just want to share to everyone that we should always love our job and be happy despite all the trials that may come our way. We can encounter many trials/ challenges along in doing our task/ job but always remember that God will always help us to look at the brighter side of our endeavors and be inspired with every little thing we achieve in our lives.
